Important stuff:

Raised in the Canadian western society but governed by a strong Filipino culture, Jesse is proud to be a Canadian, looking to make changes by utilizing his connection to his cultural values. 

Like many First-generation immigrants – we get accustomed to the availability of easy things and redirection of our focus, this changes how we only view short term goals within our local surroundings – clouding what’s important.

I grew up understanding the knowledge of Culture, Land and society has nothing to do with your formal education but your relationship with your Elders that have learned generationally the importance of balance.

As a Managing Director for D.T. Consulting Ltd., am I really leading?  As I rely on the consultation of my father and the relationships with “Elders” from all aspect in life / groups.  

I love getting the “stink eye look” from my father or elder meaning:  you really didn’t get that lesson right….. Try again! – as always, I get up and try again….continuing to learn from the support of others.

Important stuff:

Raised in India and trying to integrate into a Western Society. I have succeeded in every job I had because my functional skill set is on par.  I was raised to find passion in what you do, to bring out the best. 

Coming from a rural community and struggling on every step just to get to “even” …. The impact of each successful step of the company’s vision to communities cannot be described in words – but fires up the passion in my commitment!

I am humbled by some of the stories (experiences) our consultation groups (Elders) share, and truly understand the trust given to be included.

I take pride to have been included in this family and as our Managing Director Jesse states, “lets get to the grind, shed some tears, share some laughter as these are the stories we reflect on with the next generation”. 

I look to bring my cultural strengths of pride and loyalty into the mind set of all those we touch.
